👤 Who Can Register

• ✓All regular students of Om’s Academy
• ✓Students who have completed the required training period
• ✓Junior & senior students (parents must fill for children)

🥋 A Note for Our Students

Please read carefully — this will help you perform your best.

• ⏰Please arrive on reporting time so you get a proper warm-up and training session before your 30-minute test.
• ❓Use this time to clear your doubts and confusion with your instructor — never hesitate to ask.
• 💧Kindly carry your own water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session.
• 🕒The complete process may take around 2–3 hours, so please plan your day accordingly.

• 💳The form includes a QR code for fee payment. Kindly complete the payment and upload the screenshot so we can verify it on time.
• ✅Early verification ensures a smooth, hassle-free experience for both you and your child on test day.
• 🏠We warmly request you to encourage your child to practice at home and keep them motivated — a little daily practice builds great confidence.
